David E. Woodward
David E. Woodward's practice areas include business law, real estate, title insurance, water and property rights, complex civil litigation, business structure and contracts. For nearly 30 years, he has tried more than 50 jury trials successfully to conclusion. These trials have been on behalf of both individuals and businesses, in both federal and state courts. Mr. Woodward also provides consultation to clients on business and regulatory structures. Moreover, Mr. Woodward has represented landowners successfully on a number of water issues, also comprising wetland disputes.

Education
David E. Woodward completed his Bachelor of Arts in 1987 from Bachelor of Arts Degree and received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1990 from Valparaiso University Law School.
While still in law school, Mr. Woodward got the opportunity to serve the Honorable Kent Lindquist, Federal Bankruptcy Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana as an extern. Mr. Woodward received the Vaughn Award at Valparaiso University School of Law for his remarkable trial advocacy work.
Appointments
Mr. Woodward was formerly on the Board of Directors for Family Time Snacks, Inc. and on the Board of the Nature Works Conservancy District in Porter County.

Mr. Woodward is currently a member of the Lake County Bar Association, Indiana Defense Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.
